Company History
MTech has been developing software and hardware solutions to hotel operational challenges since 1993. It started as an early adopter of Windows and IVR technology. Then, it steadily added innovations previously unseen in hotels. In 2002, there was the next big jump for MTech. It started to develop for the Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model. Here again, it was innovative in our marketplace. We have released PMWorks, HotSOS, QIC, HIP, and REX as SaaS solutions
Thankfully, our innovations have been well received. We have over 1,800 customers in over 40 countries using our solutions. Included are most large Las Vegas hotels and many of the world's finest hotel brands including Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Intercontinental, Sofitel and many more.
Facilities/Team
MTech operates from a 30,000+ square foot campus situated in Miami, Florida. The owned facility is shared with sister companies. The shared environment creates efficiencies in operations and extends MTech's capabilities to hardware design and production. All internal IT infrastructure is externally hosted to enhance disaster recovery.
Our team is made up of over twenty members in our Miami office and additional members working remotely around the world. Our team brings a diverse set of expertise from the hospitality, technology, and training fields
