JVCKENWOOD Wins the Excellence Award in the Daiwa IR’s Internet IR Award 2023 for the First Time

JVCKENWOOD Corporation (“JVCKENWOOD”) has won the Excellence Award in the Internet IR Award 2023 selected by Daiwa Investor Relations Co. Ltd. (“Daiwa IR”) for the first time. The Internet IR Award is based on the Daiwa IR’s concept of “5T&C,”* which positions the Internet as an integral element of corporate investor relations programs.

4,048 listed companies as of June 1, 2023, were surveyed and evaluated for shareholder/investor websites using the Daiwa IR's own criteria. For 2023, 168 companies out of 4,048 listed companies were selected for the awards (9 Grand Prizes, 15 Excellence Awards and 144 Commendation Awards). *Timely, Transparent, Traceable, Trustworthy, Total & Communication

In formulating the 2023 evaluation criteria, the scoring items were reviewed in consideration of the discussions at the Disclosure Working Group of the Financial System Council and recent trends in IR sites. JVCKENWOOD had been selected for the Commendation Awards for the fourth consecutive year until last year and has received the Excellence Awards for the first time this year, in which companies with an overall score of 85 points or higher are selected as candidates.

JVCKENWOOD said that the company will continue to work to deepen the understanding of its shareholders and investors through the further enhancement of corporate information, including IR information on the company website, and appropriate information disclosure.
