Ulwimo presenting in-building Public Safety repeater solutions during Critical Communications Europe
The Dutch company has years of practical experience in designing and deploying indoor wireless networks both for mobile services and for Public Safety
In most European countries, the public safety organisations utilise a Tetra radio network and implement a policy to enhance wireless coverage in buildings. These provisions imply an indoor facility to ensure public safety radio’s do work inside building as well as outside.
Most EU countries have policies that oblige certain buildings to cater for this coverage. At the Critical Communications Europe exhibition in March, Ulwimo will present more on public safety coverage and indoor solutions.
The comnpany has years of practical experience in designing and deploying indoor wireless networks both for mobile services and for public safety. Thus, Ulwimo was involved in one of the first Tetra indoor cases in Holland, the Red Apple in Rotterdam.
Together with system integrators, multiple Tetra and public safety systems have been designed, supplied and/or operated. For 3 consecutive years, Ulwimo has been involved in the very large indoor wireless deployment at Schiphol airport, where indoor Tetra plays an important part.
At the exhibition, Ulwimo will display Tetra repeaters for public safety, integration options with public wireless indoor systems and indoor wireless provisions. You can find Ulwimo at booth nr: 18 at the venue.
