From this we then developed the BusinessLine series for use in Call Centres in 1998” continues Kudernak.

Always further improvements in speech and sound quality made the demand at home and abroad constantly growing, so that today we are proud to be one of the world's leading headset manufacturers in Air Traffic Control area, "says Ralf Kudernak. This means that the connection to the radio or mobile phone is implemented wireless via the Bluetooth interface,“ adds Kudernak, and is also equal to a view: “Right now, our focus is on the development of safety-related communications solutions for Critical Communication. In that area new developments will follow soon”.
