Critical Communications Expo moves to Frankfurt
CCExpo 2017, a major mission critical information and communications event in Germany that is focused on professional mobile radio (PMR) and critical control room infrastructures will take place at the Frankfurt Messe.
In 2017 CCExpo will be organized again with all its elements including the ICR International Control Rooms Congress = 14th Official Control Rooms Congress as individual open specialized trade fair on 26th and 27th April in the Forum of Messe Frankfurt.
The reason to move to Frankfurt is because Frankfurt is easily accessible from anywhere in Germany and from abroad.
The 2017 event will feature:
- Exhibition with renowned suppliers on 26th and 27th April
- Communications Congress on 26th April
- 14th Official Control Rooms Congress = 2nd ICR International Control Rooms Congress on 27th April
- Bluelight Fora for users, suppliers, technology, training
- Briefing in the unique OSC Operation & Security Center of Messe Frankfurt
In 2015 the last individual CCExpo took place in Berlin, where many exhibitors were satisfied with the overall quality of the event, that was organised by Exhibition & Media Wehrstedt GmbH.
According to Siegfried Lorek - Head of Division Control Rooms, Telecommunications at the Presidium Technology, Logistics, Services of the Police of Baden-Wuerttemberg and Head of the experts group “Emergency Call” in Germany: "The Control Rooms Congress offers every year an insight into technical novelties and developments in the control centre market. This is indispensable for those responsible for control rooms.”
Christian A. Kappacher - Managing Director, eurofunk Kappacher GmbH said, that the 2015 CCExpo in Berlin was an event were the company had excellent opportunities to talk to users and decision makers in the BOS environment. Kappacher said also that the professional atmosphere and the focus on control rooms and digital radio were particularly valuable for the Austrian company that is specialized in offering solutions in the control room environment.
