Polish Police One Step Further to Introduce TETRA
Polish Police headquarters announced the intention to carry out a technical dialogue for TETRA communications in 13 cities across Poland.
According to TETRA Forum Poland today, the Polish Police Headquarters announced the intention to carry out a technical dialogue on the modernization of the Police radio networks in 13 cities and urban agglomerations based on the TETRA ETSI standard.
The purpose of the technical dialogue is to obtain information related to the development of a concept consistent with the assumptions, confirming the proposed solution with the applicable law and the indication of additional recommendations for technical, organizational and implementation conditions related to project implementation.
Police forces of the city of Lodz, Krakow and Szczecin are already working with TETRA to secure and enhance their communications.
