Hytera iHPS Strategy
Early in 2013, Hytera came up with the “Intelligent Hytera Production System” (iHPS) strategy and blueprinted a digitalized factory taking a series of actions like optimizing the production environment and process, automatizing test and assembly, eliminating manufacturing weakness to move towards manufacturing intelligentialization. The iHPS strategy has indicated the future and direction of Hytera High-tech Manufacture Centre and can be interpreted further in details as Hytera’s aspiration for excellence and perfection. With continuous investment in automation and informatization in the upcoming future, Hytera will build up a worldwide prestigious PMR industrial base.
The core of the intelligent manufacturing is to connect and utilize the data from market demand, research and development and production. Based on the above consideration, Hytera brings in the Siemens PLM solution as its informatization platform of intelligent manufacturing and cooperates with Siemens, a world-class practitioner and supplier and key player of Industry 4.0, to further improve its performance in a number of fields like team collaboration, project management, project delivery, product development and manufacturing, product properties and quality.
