Portuguese State to acquire TETRA Operator SIRESP
The director general of Motorola Solutions Portugal, another shareholder in SIRESP, has confirmed the existence of "a generic agreement".
Altice Portugal has told news agency Lusa that an agreement in principle has been reached for the acquisition of shares held by private companies in the country's emergency communications network, SIRESP, by the Portuguese State.
