ESN Announces Successful Test of Aircraft Communication System
The two aircraft models which have achieved official approval are the AW169 and the Bell429.
On social media ESN said they are pleased to announce that the first two aircraft tested to determine their suitability for the future Aircraft Communication System (ACS) have passed.
In the publication ESN thanks aviation colleagues for supporting the organization in carrying out this testing, which forms part of air to ground - work ensuring critical communications function between 500 and 10,000 feet.
The two aircraft models which have achieved official approval are the AW169 and the Bell429.
This was achieved thanks to the support and cooperation of LSA ELECTROMAGNETICS LIMITED, Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Heliwork Services Ltd, EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency and the various departments within Specialist Aviation Services.
