BelFone Delivers DMR Trunking System in Central Asia

BelFone, a leading technology and solution provider of mission and business critical communications, recently has successfully delivered its Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Tier III trunking communications system to the public safety authority of a central Asian country, and the system acceptance was confirmed on Feb. 10th. This is a landmark project for BelFone’s overseas growth.

The police authority required nationwide communications and dispatching over "one network and one map”. BelFone digital trunking communications along with the command and dispatching system is the first nationwide trunking communication system established in the country. The system integrates voice communication, GIS dispatching and personnel management, command and dispatching, emergency response, and other services. It meets the needs of users at different levels, including district, city, province, and nation. It supports low-cost single base station system communication and achieves efficient large area system coverage.

To fulfil the current requests of the local public safety users and their plan for future expansion, BelFone has built a complete set of DMR trunking solutions, including BF-TR950 trunking base station, BF-9500 comprehensive dispatching software, BF-TD950 trunking handheld radio, BF-TM950 trunking mobile and other terminals, as well as dispatching management platforms to ensure network coverage throughout the country and quickly mobilize the police forces and relevant rescue resources in case of emergency.
