Mobile Tornado Team Adds Finishing Touches Before PMRExpo 2024
Excitement is mounting at Mobile Tornado HQ as the team is gearing up for PMRExpo 2024 in the stunning city of Cologne at the end of November.
PMRExpo is the leading European Trade Fair for secure communication. It provides a unique forum for networking and for showcasing solutions revolving around secure mission and business-critical mobile communication.
For Mobile tornado, it's the first time that the company will be exhibiting at PMRExpo. The team are thrilled to be joining Inrico, one of their device manufacturer partners, at stand C-025, a large, centrally located stand. Inrcio’s devices can be seen there as well.
As more and more organisations make the transition from traditional two-way radio to push-to-talk over cellular technology (PTToC also known as PTT and PoC), Mobile Tornado will be joining exhibitors from around the world to showcase their PTX platform.
With PTToC carrier-grade system availability of 99.999%, best in class seamless switching between cellular 2G, 3G 4G and 5G networks and broadband, and exceptional latency of under one second, it is not surprising that Mobile Tornado’s PTT technology is widely known to be superior to other solutions on the market. What’s more, their dispatch console is the only dispatch console in the world to support up to 64 simultaneous PTToC radio sessions.
The Mobile Tornado stand includes two demo pods to enable the team to provide live demonstrations of the PTT application throughout the event. Also on show will be their new live video solution. Using Mobile Tornado’s live video communication, users can make one-to one video calls with other push-to-talk (PTT) users, either directly from their device or from the dispatcher. Video calls can also be made with groups of up to 35 PTToC users per call.
DMR and/or Tetra resellers will be particularly interested in finding out more about how Mobile Tornado’s world-class PTT (PoC) solution integrates seamlessly with both DMR and Tetra. This allows customers to leverage the benefits of PoC and trial the technology without making additional investment in their current infrastructure or replacing their existing radios and systems.
It also provides a way for users to migrate from radio technology to PTToC technology over a period of time.
Visitors to the Mobile Tornado stand will be able to meet the team and discuss their critical communication requirements. A range of brochures will be available along with a selection of giveaways, including stress balls and baseball caps. The company will also be serving coffee and beer for some much-needed refreshment!
So if you’re going to PMRExpo 2024, don’t miss Mobile Tornado. Come to stand C-025 to find out how PTToC (PTT, also known as PoC) can benefit your business.
