filed it plans to buy a 100-percent interest in Rohde and Schwarz Professional Mobile Radio GmbH (PMB) for two million Euros, or 18.68
million yuan,
reports Shanghai Securities News.
PMB was founded in 1980 with registered and offers Trans European Trunked Radio (TETRA) telecommunication equipment and services.
After the transaction, the firm will move production to China to cut costs and improve competiveness.
Shares of Hytera Communications Corp wrapped up the trading day at 18.15 yuan today.
