On the other hand, a high level of practicality in the technical sense is important, to ensure the compatibility with existing hardware” informs Mathias Iser, Technical Director at Imtradex, Hör-/Sprechsysteme GmbH (www.imtradex.com ).
In order to guarantee precise solutions to the control center, Imtradex has developed special accessories for this area all with USB interface: easy to use TM3, table microphone with big PTT, handheld microphones, many headsets - including the BuisnessLine Series, AirTalk and the new BusinessLine 3000. With this established USB-standard, the hear and talk systems can instantly - regardless of the operation system used like Windows or Linux - be connected to the computer system in the control centers. “Our headset can be used for example for VoIP communications. Some can even be with splitting system - radio in one ear and telephone in the other. In addition the installation costs are reduced to a minimum” emphasizes Mathias Iser. The added value with the USB support has opened up a market niche for Imtradex.
