Teracom Takes over Rakel Customer support

From the 30 March, Teracom AB has taken over the operation, maintenance and customer support for the Rakel TETRA radio communications system in Sweden.

The takeover des not mean that there will be many changes for the customers of Rakel. The only important thing to note, is that there are new address to which all order forms will be sent.

"We have established a good working relationship with Teracom for a long time and feel secure for the move", says Mats Hammar Strain, Head of Operation and management of Rakel Operations at MSB.

MSB and Teracom will work continuously to improve service to Rachel customers.

"During a transitional period there may be longer processing times for certain items on the customer support", said Aaron Kroon who is the new head of customer support at Teracom, but we strive to deliver the best possible service to Rakel's customers.
