Dutch Ministry Selects Shortlist for Maintenance new C2000 TETRA Network
Schuuring, Koning & Hartman and current consortium that builds the C2000 network are selected for the maintenance award of the new C2000 network. In November the provisional award will be announced.
Remarkably is that a relatively unknown company for this industry, Schuuring, is shortlisted. The 50 year old company is part of the Allinq Group and is specialised in the management of infrastructures.
In April 2016 the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice published the tender for the second- and third-line maintenance of the new C2000 network that is build by Hytera. This involves among others, the installation points including antennas, air conditioners, emergency power and lightning of the new C2000 network.
It is expected that the provisional award will be announced in November. The agreement is initially for a period of three years, after the turnkey delivery of the network. The ministry keeps the option open to extend the contract for a period of up to seven years.
