From February 22 to 23, the 2012 International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE), a pre-eminent communications technology event for the working world, was held at Las Vegas Convention Center, USA. Hytera was present at this event as a complete solution provider with its digital communications solutions for government, public security, utility and business users. The solutions included wide-area commanding network, on-site mobile commanding network, intrinsically safe communication solution, and SmartDispatch solution.

Hytera DMR wide-area commanding network is one of the featured solutions in the exhibition. As the world’s first provider of DMR Tier 3 trunking system, Hytera introduced the DS6210 DMR trunking base station in 2011; and this time Hytera brought the expand DMR trunking family with emergency base station, simulcast base station, business trunking base station, network management & dispatching system, and visualized dispatching system, fully demonstrating the capability in providing large-scale professional digital communications solutions and systems.

On-site mobile commanding network is innovatively designed by Hytera for security agencies and high-profile business users. It realizes flexible networking and dispatching with X1e/X1p DMR full power covert radio, RD96X portable repeater, SmartDispatch system and professional accessories. Hytera X1p is an enhanced version of X1e with keypad and large-sized color screen, and it can be upgraded to trunking mode.

At IWCE 2012, Hytera reserved a specific section for third party applications for the first time, and showcased HyTrack and SafeSYT dispatching solutions developed for Hytera DMR products. Since the introduction of its DMR products, Hytera has been actively involved in the development of DMR data applications with technical partners across the world, forming a sound third party cooperation platform.
