Eurofunk leads in apprenticeship training
A jury of the Austrian Economic Chambers nominated the best businesses of 2014, where apprentices are trained. Eurofunk is now officially one of the top three large-scale companies in Salzburg when it comes to apprenticeship training.
The decisive reasons for the nomination for the finals were the total package of the apprenticeship training. The most important factors were: the outstanding on-the-job-training in the 17 departments that are part of the rotation system, the internal apprenticeship workshop where 50 modules on specific topics are being taught.
Organized stays abroad, Information events on health topics, apprenticeship with A-levels diploma and a many more social and professional activities complete the education within the company.
The nomination is also recognition of the long term engagement of the family run business to offer young people the possibility to receive an excellent technical education in the region. The main aim is that our apprentices continue their career within the company. Many of those who started as apprentices are now specialists that account for the success of eurofunk Kappacher.
