Celab Equips Vimmerby Municipal Alarm Center with Four:C Dispatch
The Vimmerby emergency service in Sweden has chosen to implement the Four:C Dispatch Solution management and communication platform from Celab AB.
The chosen solution will support management for emergency services' activities.
From the central office, management will be able to continuously interact with and lead the operative staff at 5 separate fire stations.
Via Four:C Dispatch, operators can easily and intuitively communicate in the Swedish RAKEL public safety network. They will be able to carry out alarms and/or handle cases for individual resources. The system is connected to seven monitors, where the information dynamically can be presented depending on the operator's wishes. For example information like; different types of maps with real-time positioning, contact lists, call lists, call queues, cases, etc.
The Vimmerby emergency service will also continuously contribute to the platform's further development both technically and practically through, among other things, recurring experience exchanges and function discussions.
