Teldio acquires Stoke Mobile and appoints Peter Kuciak CEO
Teldio, developer of radio to telephony communication, alarm management & notification, lone worker monitoring, radio to radio recording, and indoor & outdoor positioning solutions, recently announced the acquisition of Stoke Mobile Inc. to accelerate its strategy to offer next-generation Smart Connected Workforce solutions to the Teldio customer base. Teldio will acquire the assets, team and customer engagements of Stoke Mobile, and the merged business will go forward as one under the Teldio brand. As part of the merger, the Teldio Board of Directors has appointed Peter Kuciak as Chief Executive Officer of the combined company. Kuciak was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stoke Mobile Inc. He is a technology visionary and leader, with more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record across a number of industries. Peter takes over from Carl Carruthers, who retired as CEO of Teldio after eight years of service.
