BearCom Announces Strategic Leadership Changes

BearCom Group, Inc, largest and pre-eminent provider of wireless communications equipment and solutions for two-way radios and other voice and data technologies in the US, announced that effective January 15, 2018, Mark Kroh assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of BearCom. Mr. Kroh previously held the position of president, and this change in title is consistent with the growth initiatives the company instituted two years ago, when he joined BearCom. Mr. Denham will be moving into the role of Executive Chairman, with an increased focus on Strategy and Acquisitions. While assuming a different role, Mr. Denham will remain fully engaged with the leadership team and board of directors, while pursuing future BearCom success with the same commitment and passion.

The BearCom Executive Management Team will remain intact and will report directly to Mark Kroh.
