Titan ICT Hires Radio Communications Specialist Tony Midgley

Titan ICT, a leading Australian engineering company specialising in Information and Communications Technology, announced that they has hired Tony Midgley, an accomplished Radio Specialist, to the Titan ICT’s Brisbane office. Tony’s extensive experience in mining communications, operational technology (OT), and smart mining technologies will play a critical role in enhancing Titans' service offerings in Queensland and beyond.

Since 1991, Tony has dedicated his career to the communications industry. From 2004 onward, he has focused exclusively on mining communications and OT. 

Tony’s extensive experience spans across various mining environments, including underground and surface operations in both metalliferous and coal mining. His key area of expertise lies in digital radio networks, P25, DMRand TETRA, but his knowledge doesn’t stop there. He has worked with a range of fixed and wireless smart mining technologies such as LTE, Wi-Fi and CCTV. 

This breadth of expertise will enable him to deliver end-to-end communications solutions for Titan's  clients, addressing their most pressing challenges in mining technology
