The Carps Task Management System has proven to increase the overall efficiency of a hospital by providing:
- A simple method for nurses and ward staff to request tasks directly from their ward PC's.
- A simple method of allocating and monitoring tasks.
- A system which allows management to monitor, manage and report on all tasks.
- A flexible system that can be configured to suit the organization structure.
Please note that if your staff are ward based or pool based [or a bit of both] you do not have to change this structure to get the benefits of using Carps.
The CARPS system comprises two software applications, the Controller which manages the system and the Logger application for requesting tasks.A two-way radio system is integrated with the CARPS software to complete the system.
