Nedaa to Sponsor UAE Cycling Federation for Dubai Women’s Tour with TETRA Technology

Professional Communication Corporation – Nedaa, Dubai Government secure networks provider; has announced the sponsorship of the United Arab Emirates Cycling Federation for Dubai Women’s Tour

The United Arab Emirates Cycling Federation for Dubai Women’s Tour is the only event in the Middle East hosting 14 international teams including UAE Team Emirates and competing in four stages across Dubai; providing the participating teams, technical committee and jury with TETRA radios for smooth and efficient communications during the entire event.

The event, which will take place from the 17th to the 20th of February; comes under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Hind Bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, with the primary aim to encourage and support women’s activities in the UAE, contributing to their physical and emotional development.
Nedaa, known as the first organization to operate the TETRA network in the region, will be providing technological support through their radios operating under the TETRA network, allotted to the security team for secure communications in all areas of the event to ensure fast, secure and reliable data and information exchange. The organization will take all possible steps to celebrate this historic event for women cycling in the region and facilitate women achievements at all levels, in efforts of motivating them to represent their country in sporting events.
