By leveraging their collective expertise in telecommunications, data analytics, and patented real-time communication and AI technologies, Prizym is a unified solution providing a plug-and-play integration into existing communication infrastructure, supporting over 85 mission-critical systems, including phone, radio, dispatch consoles, CHE, MCPTx, and more. Designed to enhance the ability of 911 call takers, emergency dispatchers, and first responders to coordinate more effectively, share critical information seamlessly, and make faster, more informed decisions, Prizym minimizes misinterpretation and helps to eliminate miscommunication, improving outcomes in high-stress scenarios.
