ATCO signs a fiber optic network contract to link TETRA sites in Kuwait
ATCO General Trade Contracting Company has signed a fiber optic network contract project worth 5.877 million Kuwaiti dinars with the Ministry of Interior.
ATCO company, a subsidiary of The Sultan Center signed a Contract with the Ministry of Interior for the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of fiber optics network linking the different site of MOI (TETRA System – Provincial Security Directorates & and Ministry’s general public Administrations), as one of the strategic back bone projects to modernize Ministry of Interior’s Communications network and makes it up to international standards marked with convenience and flexibility.
Sultan Telecom Director, Mr. Mamoun Sweis also said that this contract is owed the company’s efforts in participating in projects that are customized to develop and modernize the overall infrastructure for the telecommunications networks, whether public or private sectors in the state of Kuwait, and providing the latest technologies.
