Exciting two-day event to throw the spotlight on key technology options for Mission Critical Users, including TETRA and LTE

The TETRA and Critical Communications Association (TCCA) has announced that it will be hosting the third edition of the annual Critical Communications Middle East, the region’s most essential event on critical communications, which will be held from October 6 to October 7, 2015 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. The exciting two-day event is expected to throw the spotlight on new and emerging technology options surrounding Mission Critical users, particularly in TETRA and LTE.

This year’s theme focuses on celebrating the year of innovation in the UAE, which seeks to implement new technologies to help in the development of an agile, responsive and secure communications network in the country today. The event, which will feature more than 50 keynote speakers and 40 leading TETRA, LTE and Critical Communications exhibitors, is expected to draw in participation from around 1,000 communication experts from all over the region—reflecting a 40 per cent increase in attendees and a 30 per cent increase in exhibition space as compared to its previous edition.

The third Critical Communications Middle East event will also be presenting new event features, which includes a mobile broadband pre-event workshop (5th October), dedicated streams covering key vertical markets and demonstration tours celebrating the year of innovation in the UAE. Some of the world’s leading experts in critical communications will be presenting talks on latest technological advancements in this segment. In addition, case-studies will also be presented by high-ranking officials from Abu Dhabi Police, Dubai Police, Qatar Ministry of Interior and Saudi Aramco.

Phil Kidner, CEO, TCCA, said: “These are exciting times for critical communications, particularly in the Middle East region, which is also witnessing rapid economic growth. As such, it is timely and strategic to host this year's conference with a theme that focuses on innovation--an important complement in the UAE's move to become one of the leading 'Smart' countries in the world. We are confident that this year's event will draw larger attendance, with participants coming together to discuss the latest trends in critical communications, while also developing new solutions to address the challenges of this segment.”

Dubbed as one of the biggest events in communications, the third annual Critical Communications Middle East exhibition will feature some of the most innovative solution providers in the region. Sponsors for the event include Professional Communication Corporation - Nedaa (Host Operator Sponsor), Airbus Defence and Space (Gold Sponsor), Huawei (Gold Sponsor), Motorola Solutions (Gold Sponsor), Teltronic (Gold Sponsor) and Sepura (Networking Zone Sponsor) and Nokia (Silver Sponsor).

“Nedaa is proud to be this year’s Host Operator Sponsor for the third edition of Critical Communications Middle East.
