Plexus Recognises EMEA Market Growth on TETRA and Critical Communication Solutions
Livingston-based manufacturer Plexus will be looking to support the growth of is business in mainland Europe when it exhibits for the first time at the Electronica exhibition in Munich next month.
According to Electronics Weekly, engineering and manufacturing services company Plexus will showcase its entire service portfolio that includes healthcare and life sciences; aerospace, security and defence; industrial and commercial; networking and communications.
Products on display will range from a blood alcohol measuring unit; a TETRA communications system; a personal identity device with integrated GPS tracking and camera surveillance for lone workers.
“We are still working to develop our brand in EMEA. We are currently experiencing rapid growth, as our offering is proving to be highly valued by our EMEA customers. We are, therefore, excited to have this opportunity to showcase the full Plexus service portfolio to visitors to the show, including our recent capability additions at our production site in Kelso, Scotland,” said Oliver Mihm, regional president for Plexus.
The company’s European operations include a design and rapid prototyping at its Livingston facility and manufacturing and aftermarket services at Kelso in the UK, a design centre in Darmstadt, Germany, and design and manufacturing in Oradea, Romania.
