FirstNet is Connecting More First Responders Across Kansas

Kansas first responders are gaining access to a one-of-a-kind 5G experience on FirstNet. 5G connectivity on FirstNet is now available in western Kansas. And AT&T continues to roll out additional 5G connectivity for FirstNet in more communities across the USA.

Today, the entire state of Kansas is covered with FirstNet – helping to connect public safety agencies and organizations in more than 80 communities across the states. T&T has now rolled out Band 14 on hundreds of sites across Kansas to provide public safety with truly dedicated coverage and capacity when they need it. Areas currently benefitting from Band 14 include Lawrence, Topeka, Wichita, and other cities.
