In Control was established in 1993 to undertake consultancy work in the areas of Business Development, Financial Analysis and Information Systems.

In Control was established in 1993 to undertake consultancy work in the areas of Business Development, Financial Analysis and Information Systems.

As a result of this consultancy work we saw a need for a software based task management system which would provide support services managers with the tools to better manage the huge number of tasks being carried out in hospitals, CARPS was born.   The CARPS Task Management System was first installed in 1999 and since then CARPS has been installed in over 30 hospitals throughout Australia and the United Kingdom.

A CARPS customer suggested there was a need for a software based audit system to cope with the huge number of audits that are required to be carried out in hospitals.   The TopCat Audit / Checklist Management System was born.   The TopCat Audit / Checklist Management System was first installed in 2002 and since then over 80 systems have been installed throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

In Control is dedicated to ensuring that both CARPS and TopCat are continually developing by listening to our customers and utilising the latest technology.   We are also aware that our systems are only as good as the support provided.   All the team at In Control are committed to providing the best support possible by ensuring that any problems that may arise are responded to and rectified as quickly as possible.

In Control is now seen as an established software based systems provider to the Health and Facility Management Industries.   In Control is a Queensland Government accredited GITC supplier Q-2496 and a registered member of the Microsoft Partner Program.
