Mission Critical Mobile Broadband Technology Open Market Consultation Launched by BroadEU.Net
The goal of this consultation is to assist the procurement team of BroadEU.Net in improving the tender specifications.
A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published by the BroadEU.Net program on March 5th on the official Belgian procurement portal, and on March 7th on the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) and the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
The PIN declared the commencement of an Open Market Consultation (OMC), the preliminary phase that backs the acquisition of Mission Critical testbeds. One method that tries to find solutions that can help construct a European Critical Communication System (EUCCS) is the BroadEU.Net program. The goal of this consultation is to assist the procurement team of BroadEU.Net in improving the tender specifications. Following the completion of the OMC process, BroadEU.Net anticipates issuing a contract notice, or Request for Tender.
This OMC process will allow Broadnet.EU to be able to advance in the field of mission-critical mobile broadband technology, supporting the establishment of EUCCS, by gaining knowledge and insight from enterprises and important stakeholders.
Also made available was an OMC Questionnaire. The questionnaire is open until April 5, 2024, to interested parties, including creative suppliers and enterprises, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and industry related professionals providing digital solutions for critical communication networks.
There will be a briefing event on March 19 from 10:00 to 12:00 CET. Participants are cordially asked to complete the Registration Form in order to gain admission to the event.
Visit the BroadEU.Net website's OMC page for additional details.
