Tetracom joins CSE Group of Companies
Adelaide based provider of intelligent radio communication solutions has now been aquired by CSE Global group of companies through a business acquisition by the group’s CSE Crosscom subsidiary.
This acquisition provides a great opportunity for South Australia as the additional resources available to the Tetracom business will result in a greater capacity to service larger and more diverse communication contracts.
“Tetracom will now have access to allied vertical markets serviced by the CSE Group, which will be a great opportunity for not only Tetracom but all of our radiocommunications suppliers in South Australia,” said Jeff Perry, Tetracom founder.
According to Critical Comms, there will be no changes to the staff structure or business operations, and the management team will continue on with the business.
The company said that as the business continues to grow, and with the additional resources now available, it can be expected that career opportunities will arise from the acquisition.
Radiocommunication is vital to many industries, and with CSE Crosscom’s acquisition it shows the radio industry is strong in South Australia.
