Radio IP Software appointed Sylvain Thomas as vice president, customer service.

Radio IP Software appointed Sylvain Thomas as vice president, customer service, reinforcing its continuing transformation to a customer-oriented organization, the company said.

In this role, Thomas will leverage more than 20 years of operations management and market development experience in the telecom and high-tech sectors to ensure that Radio IP’s post-sales services address the exact needs of Radio IP’s customers and partners worldwide. Prior to joining Radio IP, Thomas led the operations team for a division of Trimble Navigation.
