The handheld radio VXD-720, VXD-7200, mobile station and the repeater VXD-R70 The new digital radio series was designed for a very efficient operation in analog and digital modes. This eases the transition to the company pioneering digital radio technology. Also, users can gradually expand with budget constraints on digital: You can use either one or a radio channel sequentially or convert the entire system at once - for each functional or financial requirements."
"In addition, the VXD Series operates in the most used digital wireless protocol: Digital Mobile Radio (DMR). DMR is based on the TDMA method with two time slots for operation in the 12.5 kHz channel region."
