Orion Founding Partner Acquired By CSE Global Limited
The Orion Network (Orion), Australia’s largest commercial digital two way radio network is pleased to announce that Crosscom, a founding partner of Orion, has been acquired by the CSE Group of companies (CSE).
CSE is an international leader in the automation, telecommunications and environmental sectors.
Effective as of 1 July 2015, this strategic acquisition introduces a significant global partner into the Orion partnership and consolidates our position as the market leader in Australian digital two way radio communications.
A public company, CSE is listed on the Singapore Exchange and operates a network of more than 30 offices across 20 countries. Globally, CSE’s annual turnover is in excess of SGD$400m, with more than 1,300 employees worldwide.
In Australia and New Zealand, CSE Global employs 180 people generating an annual turnover of approximately AU$100m through operating entities CSE Comsource, CSE Transtel, CSE Uniserve, CSE W. Arthur Fisher, and soon, CSE Crosscom.
