SeQent, the leading provider of innovative Real‑Time Wireless Alarm & Event Notification and ANDON-Industrial Digital Signage solutions is announcing that they have officially rejoined the Motorola Solutions MOTOTRBO™ Application Developer Program (ADP) and is launching a family of FirstPAGE Link products. These new products will officially be launched at the 2016 Motorola Solutions Channel Partner Expo in Las Vegas the week of March 20, 2016.
SeQent, a long time strategic partner of Motorola Solutions with an emphasis on the Manufacturing industry, is launching a line of their own products. This means they will no longer have a dependency on any other 3rd party Application Developer Program (ADP) partner. FirstPAGE Link for MNIS and FirstPAGE Link for CPLUS are hardware appliance or software based solutions for Conventional, IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Linked Capacity Plus and Connect Plus systems (and soon to be Capacity Max System Server - CMSS).
FirstPAGE Link for MNIS (MOTOTRBO Network Interface Service) provides an SNPP interface to the Motorola Solutions MOTOTRBO™ Conventional, IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus and Linked Capacity Plus radio infrastructures for text message dispatch. This solution is available both as a rack-mounted hardware appliance or a software license.
FirstPAGE Link for CPLUS (Connect Plus) provides an SNPP interface to the Motorola Solutions MOTOTRBO™ Connect Plus radio infrastructure for text message dispatch. This solution is also available both as a rack-mounted hardware appliance or a software license.
Engineered for high volume and availability texting environments, including full support for redundant Links and system controllers, the FirstPAGE Link integrations to MOTOTRBO™ are designed from the ground up to scale to the largest installations. Licensed by subscriber, the same capabilities available for large implementations are also available for smaller deployments with a cost effective licensing model.
"The SeQent & MOTOTRBO™ integrated platform that includes the WAVE Work Group Communications solution, provides connectivity & interoperability from manufacturing applications, equipment and systems. Providing the right information to the right person on his or her preferred device (digital two-way radio or smartphone) enables better decision making by hourly and salaried workers," says Scott Burns, Chief Technology Officer for SeQent.
