Streamwide to support project in Rwanda with its 'Team On The Run' application solution
Streamwide, a leading communications software technology provider delivering mission critical communications and operations solutions, announced that the Ministry of Innovation & ICT of Rwanda, the city of Kigali, French consultancy firm Tactis and their partners, including Streamwide and its 'Team On The Run' application solution, are working to improve the sustainability of the city of Kigali by setting up a digital project. It is an innovative citizen platform coupled with a network of sensors to monitor air quality. This project will be carried out with FASEP funding from the Directorate General of the Treasury. The project is one of the first citizen platform projects aimed at improving the sustainability and quality of life of the inhabitants of an urbanized area on the African continent. Streamwide's contribution to this project consists, through its 'Team On The Run solution', implementing an automated management solution. This solution will allow urban authorities to efficiently manage the data flow to carry out the appropriate actions as soon as possible and to offer residents the best services. Process automation also makes it possible to streamline the management of recurring tasks and optimize the decision-making process.
The 'Team On The Run' solution is a comprehensive business communication solution that allows instant connection between remote teams. To support Public Safety communications, Streamwide also offers it 'Team on a Mission' application. This next generation solution addresses the challenges of the demanding public safety environment – voice, data, video, interoperability and location services all bundled in one solution in real time. It enables a smooth transition from PMR to MCPTT over 4G/5G LTE with the reliability and assurance that communications will be there when and where needed.
