BearCom Aligns with Investment Group, Bertram Capital

BearCom, a leading value-added distributor of mission and business-critical communications solutions, having served over 20,000 commercial, industrial and government customers across North America agreed to partner with private equity firm, Bertram Capital. The investment in BearCom represents the fifth platform acquisition completed in Bertram’s recently-closed third fund. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
