Emergency Control South Africa Pilots Motorola Solutions’ Edesix Bodycam

A Johannesburg-based emergency response organization is benefiting from a trial of Motorola Solutions' bodyworn video cameras, particularly when responding to traffic accidents. 

Emergency Control South Africa (ECSA) is a non-profit emergency service organization that connects South African communities with emergency services by dispatching resources to a wide range of emergency situations such as search and rescue operations, fires, hazardous spills, bee and snake removals, missing persons, and motor vehicle accidents. Members of the unit have also been activated to assist in international disaster zones and to provide relief services for a variety of other organizations. 

ECSA is testing seven Edesix units from Motorola Solutions.
