Beeline tests private LTE network at nuclear power company

Russian mobile operator Beeline said it has tested a private LTE at a unit of nuclear power company TVEL, a subsidiary of the state-owned nuclear power corporation Rosatom.

The tests were carried out in cooperation with the integrator Greenatom, a subsidiary of Rosatom. The tests focused on the opportunity to deploy a single LTE-based environment for various digital services used or planned for use in the nuclear power industry, including IoT applications like smart video surveillance and numerous others.
