About the MCU500e
The MCU500e is the latest development in the line of low-cost mobile control units for use on digital wireless networks from Thorcom.
The MCU500e is substantially smaller than previous units, and a reduced power consumption, yet has improved performance and functionality. As well as running event driven AVL, the MCU500e features a ‘black box’ recorder which continuously records vehicle movements and can be used for post incident analysis.
