Roll-out coverage 2011

More information on Entropia's roll out plan for 2011 can be found here.

Entropia Digital strongly invests in the extension of its digital radio coverage area. The service is available in two countries: the Netherlands and Belgium. Since 2011 the analogue network undergoes a digital migration. The two areas are being rolled out as we speak. At the end of 2010 we have installed already around a hundred digital basis stations. The maps that you can find on this website are based on the existing Entropia masts/infrastructure.

In Belgium and the Netherlands they continue filling out the blanc spots. However, the precise location of the "blanc-spots-masts" remains unknown.

The map is based on an outdoor walkie-talkie coverage. Entropia's goal is a 95% outdoor walkie-talkie covering network and a 99% walkie-talkie coverage (" in place and time). The coverage maps that you can find on our website are based upon a theoretic computer simulation. The coverage maps are subject to influences such as buildings, vegetation and so on. Entropia aims to calculate the coverage area as precisely as possible.

Coverage maps on private territories are calculated separately. No contractual rights can be reserved to these maps.
