IHM Takes Over Onshore Radio Communications Activities from Zenitel Denmark

IHM A/S has entered into an agreement with Zenitel AS to take over their Danish critical communications radio-related onshore business and assets. The agreement leads to a strengthening of IHM's market-leading position as a supplier of radio communication and control room solutions for the transport sector, manufacturing companies and large buildings such as universities, museums and the like.

'The takeover of that part of Zenitel's business complements IHM's business areas, and enables us to provide communication solutions for every need. And as the responsible for these activities, Michael N Jensen, also is going to be a part of the IHM team, we ensures continuity in the relationships with existing customers,' says Finn Vagner, CEO of IHM.

The Agreement enters into force November 1st, 2023.
