TCCA Security and Fraud Prevention Group has produced its final draft of Recommendation 05 ‘Secure Cross Border TETRA Operation’
The TETRA and Critical Communications Association invites its members to comment on the draft recommendation
It recommends methods for providing secure inter-operation of TETRA equipment between two or more different organisations with separate TETRA systems that comply with the relevant SFPG Recommendations. This can include:
Communication between the terminals of different organisations from different TETRA systems;
Communication within one organisation, but using the infrastructure of a different organisation's TETRA system.
The comments can be submitted by the members before 1st November 2014 so that they can be considered at the subsequent SFPG meeting.
