TETRA ISI in Focus for Finland and Sweden
Finland and Sweden announced that they will sign a cross network (ISI) Letter of Intent at Critical Communications World 2017.
Finnish public safety network VIRVE and its Swedish counterpart RAKEL will be cross connected. An official Letter of Intent signing ceremony between the Finnish operator State Security Networks and the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency MSB will take place in CCW2017 on Thursday 18th May at 10:45 on the Critical Communications Finland pavilion.
This contract follows the cross-border work done previously between Norway and Sweden as well as the contract signing between Finland and Norway in Critical Communications Europe conference in February.
With this contract world’s first three-country cross connected network for critical communication will be formed.
