Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia manages increased operational requirements using the latest Frequentis VCX-IP technology
Within Colombia’s countrywide VSAT network programme, Frequentis will equip 39 sites with its latest VCX-IP network solution for voice, radar and data communications. Once complete, the ATM-grade network will increase civil aviation security and safety, in compliance with national and international regulations.

With the delivery of the future-proof VCX-IP network solution, Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia and Frequentis, the global market leader for communication systems in air traffic control, will continue their successful partnership. As part of the VSAT upgrade to an ATM-grade infrastructure, VCX-IP will ensure the required performance for all safety-critical applications.
