Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division today announced the City of San Angelo, Texas, has deployed HxGN OnCall Records, Hexagon’s next-generation law enforcement records management system (RMS). The solution will equip San Angelo police with access to comprehensive tools to collect, search for and manage law enforcement-related data anytime from anywhere.

The new RMS seamlessly integrates with other Hexagon solutions deployed by San Angelo, including Hexagon’s industry-leading computer-aided dispatch system and mobile apps. Together, the unified solution streamlines workflows and supports the entire lifecycle of an incident – from dispatch through case resolution.

“The response we provide our community and the safety of responding officers are paramount,” said Lt. Tim Pucci, San Angelo Police Department. “With HxGN OnCall Records, we are confident our officers will have immediate access to the information they need whether they are in the field, their mobile units or at the station.”

The department’s records section is responsible for storing, indexing and disseminating records produced by police officers in the course of their duties, and the RMS, which supports it, is the hub for policing data and information.
