Entel Takes Flight with DHL's GoGreen Plus Initiative

Curated by: Gert Jan Wolf - Editor-in Chief for The Critical Communications Review

Entel, a manufacturer of business-critical radio communications equipment, announce that it has partnered with DHL for its GoGreen Plus initiative.  The initiative is a dedicated solution to help businesses reduce the carbon emissions associated with shipments through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). By investing in SAF, Entel is taking a significant step towards reducing its carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future.

SAF, a biofuel produced from renewable sources, offers up to an 80% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional jet fuel. Through this collaboration with DHL, Entel will offset the carbon emissions associated with its shipments, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

Entel commented:

“As a company, we recognise the urgent need to address climate change, and we believe that this partnership is a crucial step in our sustainability journey. By utilising SAF, we are not only reducing our environmental impact but also demonstrating our leadership in the industry."
