iTendant - Tenant Service Requests

Tenants can enter service requests online directly into the Servidyne iTendant system or they may choose to call them in, where an administrator can enter them into the system on their behalf. iTendant automatically generates a work order, routes it for any necessary approvals, and dispatches it appropriately. The request is then actively tracked through completion, streamlining the property management process for all parties involved.
