DAnish critical communcations supplier IHM has appointed Finn Vagner as their new CEO. Vagner brings over 25 years of management experience from Danish and international IT and telecommunications companies, where he has had full focus on growth, security, quality and customer satisfaction. He has been general manager for larger companies such as Netgroup, Atos and Siemens IT Solutions and Service, where he for 10 year has been general manager for Siemens business unit Managed Services.

Former CEO and founder of IHM A/S Hardy Mortensen says:

We are very happy with Finn Vagner as new CEO. He will maintain our position as market leader of control rooms for emergency services and other critical infrastructure in Denmark. Furthermore, his international experience will help to strengthen IHM's position on the international markets as a supplier of control room solutions for the maritime segments such as ports, platforms and not least the rapidly increasing market for autonomous ships.

IHM faces a very exciting future, where Finn's experience in management, strategy, operations and business development makes him the perfect person to carry on my life's work. We are looking forward to the journey ahead with Finn in the driving seat.

Finn Vagner says:

I take up the position as director with a great commitment and desire to drive IHM further towards greater profitability and at the same time maintain the customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of our highly specialized employees. IHM has strong solutions and products that the markets demand, which is why my primary task initially will be to trim the company's processes and develop our international relations.

Hardy Mortensen will still be present at the office in Søborg for a short handover period, and will also continue as chairman of the board for the company.
