Hytera Starts Producing Face Masks - Committed to Fight COVID-19
In order to fight the COVID-19 virus and to support health authorities across the world, as of 1 April and Hytera started a face mask production line at its manufacturing facility in China.
Responding to the outbreak of COVID-19 has rapidly become a shared global challenge. In many ways, the effectiveness of efforts to control the epidemic is determined by the efficiency of the response by health authorities and police as well as the management of transportation, communities, and public spaces.
In order to fight the COVID-19 virus and to support health authorities across the world, as of 1 April, Hytera started a face mask production line at its manufacturing facility in China. The new full automatic productionline produces aproximately 86.000 masks in 24 hours. All face masks are produced according to the CE certification that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Already since February this year, Hytera proofed to be commited to support public safety and healthcare organizations by delivering critical communications solutions, for example, to the Wuhan’s Vulcan Mountain Hospital as well as to the Raytheon Hospital in China. The company delivered communication devices as well as introduced a safer epidemic prevention and control model for hospital management and provided communications services for Laos medical assistance team, amongst others.
Thanks to the investment in intelligent manufacturing and supply chain solutionsm Hytera has been able to keep its radio communication manufacturing systems up to speed, despite the threat posed to global supply chains caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to the investment in intelligent manufacturing and supply chain solutions.
Since the pandemic is not over yet, Hytera said it will continuously support the COVID-19 prevention and control globally.
